We are on a journey, sojourners on this earth. Let us share with you the highs and lows of our lives. Heaven is a sweeter place now that we have two beautiful granddaughters waiting there for us.

Yup....this is what we woke up to yesterday morning! A winter wonderland! We rarely get snow in November but get it we did! As you can tell, it was still snowing when I took this picture as we were ready to drive to work! The footsteps belong to the Paper Carrier! I guess my flower pots should be thrown in the garbage now...for those of you that know our house, my yellow roses in front of the garage were still blooming! They are sticking up out of the snow! Jody, doesn't this picture make you glad that you are now coming home for Christmas? You should see the mountains! They are amazing!Posted by Picasa

It was so beautiful and not at all icy which is a good thing because drivers here at the coast don't know how to drive in this weather! We had had such beautiful clear sunny days since Dave's Mom arrived and I now she sees snow! Makes her feel right at home! Posted by Picasa

November 15th was Jamie's birthday! So we celebrated it together....all except for Jody and Darin of course! We missed you two! Posted by Picasa

Grandma Beck arrived just in time to celebrate Jamie's birthday with us! Jamie ordered homemade chili...perfect for a damp, winter evening! Notice the applesauce containers on my plate? I had gum surgery last week so still can't eat solid food(and no, pictures of me weren't allowed!) Posted by Picasa

The birthday boy and wife! Happy 28th Birthday Jamie! Posted by Picasa

Heather and Matt brought their animals...Milo came to meet Grandma too! ;-) Posted by Picasa

Tika is trained to stay on the linoleum at Matt and Heather's house. So she tried to stay off the carpet in our entrance too! Posted by Picasa

Milo is much happier when Heather is around! She really is a beautiful kitten and very curious! Heard the expression curiousity killed the cat? That would be Milo.... Posted by Picasa

Big and Little meet! Tikka wasn't at all sure about this little dog and Sheba was just intent on getting her ball back from Matt! Posted by Picasa
