BECK BULLETIN

We are on a journey, sojourners on this earth. Let us share with you the highs and lows of our lives. Heaven is a sweeter place now that we have two beautiful granddaughters waiting there for us.

Together Again

We left Winnipeg yesterday morning and arrived here in Regina in plenty of time to pick Matt up.....Heather and Matt are so glad to be together again! No more airport goodbyes!

Today we spent some time in the Heritage Museum and Dave couldn't resist having his picture taken!

Matt's mom, Karen, is here as well so she snapped this picture of the four of us. It really is so good to be together again!

A Moment in Time

I still haven't figured out why yesterday's pictures didn't show up but I had also written this post for today so will try to publish it and hopefully the pictures are with it.

After several busy days visiting our ministry partners here in Manitoba, we were blessed to be able to spend a day with our good friends at their cottage on Victoria Beach on Lake Winnipeg. This was the view from the deck. Care to sit down?

Today before lunch Dave and I couldn't resist using the timer on my camera to catch a picture of the two of us sitting by the water. What an awesome place to just be refreshed. Thanks Herb and Erna!

Overhead these two pelicans soared in the sunlight.....
A last glimpse down the beach....too soon we had to head back to the city. It sure was nice while it lasted!

On the Road Again

Some of you may be wondering whatever happened to the Becks. Well we are on the road again!(I think there is a song like that!) It's been lots of fun and we have enjoyed getting together with family and friends across the Prairies(which for those of you that don't live in Canada includes the provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba). These pictures didn't show up the first time so I am trying again today!

We always enjoy driving thru the mountains....to me it is like coming home since I saw the Rockies out my bedroom window growing up.

It was extra special to be able to spend part of Father's Day with my Dad and Mom in Calgary. I had Dave take this picture to remember the day!

Here are Mom and Dad on their driveway saying goodbye as we head east .......

In Swift Current, our friends Cliff and Edith took us to a Wind Farm.....what fun it was to get close to these turbines! The next day we were off to Manitoba...but that will have to wait for another day!
