One of the casualties of a life that is too busy is that we miss the beauty all around us.
Only about 45 minutes east of our house is the most amazing little park...
...the home of Bridal Veil Falls.
Incredibly beautiful any time of the year,
it is especially spectacular during spring run off.
We have visited it only a couple of times in the over 30 years we have lived here, and never in the spring.
So this year we decided to make it a priority and it was totally worth it!
We stopped long enough to enjoy the walk through the forest...
...to take lots of pictures,
...and to promise ourselves that we would be back soon.

Oh, That made me miss Canada. Your pictures are beautiful. I think our time in Canada could include spots like these. Miss you.
