After a long hard winter the yard needed to be cleaned up, so what better thing to do than to have a bonfire with all the loose sticks and branches. Kai and Halle were so excited...
...because where there is a fire, there is also a wiener roast and marshmallows to roast!! Halle got right into the act and helped Matt with the wieners.
What a perfect Saturday lunch, enjoyed outside in the very crisp spring air...
...even Tika waited patiently to see if there would be any leftovers that she could clean up!
