Just four days after getting home from the north, I was packing my suitcase for destination California where our Texans would be meeting us along with Jamie and his family....we could hardly contain our excitement when they arrived at our rental.
After almost a full day of driving, it was time to explore.....Colson thought he should check out the water in the pool!
It had been far too long since we had seen these sweethearts in person!
We were thrilled to be able to all sit down and have dinner together outside.
After dinner it was time to continue to explore and finally take in the pool...
What a legacy our grandchildren have...stories told by their grandfather first to their parents and now to another generation. Even Colson had to get in on the act!
Time for sleep...before the cousins arrived but thankfully tomorrow would be a great day for catching up....
...the pool was ready and waiting!
