We are on a journey, sojourners on this earth. Let us share with you the highs and lows of our lives. Heaven is a sweeter place now that we have two beautiful granddaughters waiting there for us.

View out my Kitchen Window

As I said to Dave last night as we got back into our car after our Small Group meeting, it feels like we are having a 'real' winter this year....when there is snow on the ground day after day, and the air is crisp(not soggy!) Today as I looked out my kitchen window I marvelled that for the 5th day in a row it was snowing....and so beautiful I just had to share it with you in Blogland....

Poor birds won't be able to take a bath in this bird bath for a day or two...

It was already starting to warm up, but the snow on the railing was picture perfect....

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow....

Yes, those really are huge snowflakes that you can see in this picture!
It's evening now and starting to rain....but for a few days I've enjoyed the winter wonderland!

Such cool pictures of your snowy neighborhood!
I like your comment about the air being crisp rather than soggy. Ya know, I'm just south of y'all (hence have the right to say "y'all") and it sure has been soggy here. Today we were surprised by snow! My youngest ventured out and made a couple of snowmen, one for the back yard and one for the front. A rare and wonderful day for us!
God bless you. Enjoy the day!
