BECK BULLETIN

We are on a journey, sojourners on this earth. Let us share with you the highs and lows of our lives. Heaven is a sweeter place now that we have two beautiful granddaughters waiting there for us.

940!!

940......what an odd number you are thinking?

That's the number of this blog post, Number 940 since my first post on May 31, 2005. Jody and Darin had just gotten married and moved to Texas and I decided that blogging might just be the best way for our family to keep in touch. Little did I know that just three years later Heather and Matt would also move away from the Fraser Valley.

From those first single picture posts my blog has evolved and now includes not only family pictures and news but some of the Devotionals that I have written and my random thoughts about life.

Which brings me to this question....who are you?

Who  are you, my blog readers and what do you wish I would post more of?
I see all the dots on the Cluster Maps on side of my blog and wonder who you are....how did you find this blog, and what do you wish I wrote about......not many of you leave comments, so this one time can I ask you to take a few moments and let me know?
I've been trying to decide what to blog about next....
won't you help me?

As we begin a new month and a new school year here in North America, I would love to hear from you.....please take the time to leave a comment!

I'm here, I'm here! I really do need to start commenting more. So I'll start now :) I love what you write about - your family updates, what God is teaching you, and the random thoughts of life. Love it all!

Isn't it fun to see all those dots? I think you should write about whatever will be meaningful to look back on when you are old and grey =) and whatever could be meaningful to your family in years to come.
Most of the dots on our maps won't care 20 years from now, but there are some special people for whom your words are a keepsake.
In the meantime ... it is a blessing to see others from around the world peek into your journal.

Hi Doris
I have been following you for many years, as we are about the same spot in this journey chronologically , with grandkids and all, but far apart in spiritual areas so i love to listen to your take on God in your life, and try and see through your writings ..the reality of Him. not sure if that makes sense, but ....

I represent the dot in PA and I found your blog through Anneliese's. I enjoy reading about your experiences with grands and what God is teaching you. God bless!

Calgary dot, also via Anneliese. No blogger will write posts that interest every reader with every post, but that isn't really the point, is it? :) Anneliese's words on content and audience are wise indeed. A person's authentic journey is always what draws me to a blog. Your musings have blessed me in my own reflection. Looking forward to the next 940.
