Co-existing!

This past week while Matt and Heather were on their Moose Hunt, Milo, their cat, came to our house to live. Several people have asked how Sheba and Milo get along. Yesterday morning as we got ready for church, it came to me when I took these pictures on our stairs. They don't get along, they co-exist! Basically they ignore each other and they have learned to share the stairs so each gets one. But get along? No, not at all.......

Milo gets a new perspective on life!

It made me think about how some marriages are this same way, they just co-exist! How sad...they don't talk, play or enjoy life together, but instead they live in the same house and each do their own thing. They are aware of each other but don't change their daily routine one bit in order to be together! It was a challenging thought for the day and for this week........to make sure that we don't just co-exist, but that we take the time to enjoy every single day together!
