She's Here!

Baby girl Miles made her appearance tonight at 7:18 pm Texas time, weighing in at 7 pounds 5 ounces, and measuring 21 ounces. I will let Jody tell you all about her labor once she has recuperated but we are all just tickled pink!


Unfortunately this little darling doesn't have a name yet because everyone was so sure that 'she' was a 'he'.....
But that's just fine...for now we will just call her sweetheart!

She actually looks a bit like her Mommy did as a newborn...just a pound and a half less weight!
Obviously Dad was taking the pictures.....how we wish we were already there!

yay, congrats on becoming a Grandma AGAIN, Doris! She looks great (and so does Jody). Glad everything went well and she's safe and sound... can't wait to hear that name.

Congratualtions! She is beautiful! You're not kidding when you say she has long eyelashes! ( you don't alwasy see that on a newborn)
So happy that all went well. Now you just have to wish for the next two weeks to go quick.
