Well he is here!!! Kai Benjamin arrived last night, Thursday, September 24th at 10:30 at night after his mommy and daddy laboured all day long! He weighed in at 8 pounds 6 ounces, was 21 inches long(53 cm) and has his daddy's black, curly hair! And he has lots of it! We are so thankful for his safe arrival and are enjoying getting to know this special little boy.......here are some glimpses of his first couple of hours last night in the hospital.(Blogger is being temperamental and won't let me add text between the pictures so just enjoy!)

i have tears in my eyes looking at these, and remembering what they have been through. all babies are miracles, but i think he is a little extra special. congratulations.
