BECK BULLETIN

We are on a journey, sojourners on this earth. Let us share with you the highs and lows of our lives. Heaven is a sweeter place now that we have two beautiful granddaughters waiting there for us.

Cousin Fun

While we loved our time with the baby cousins, watching the 5 older cousins interact was always fun as well. They are so close in age, just 3 years between Aidan and Kai so you were never too sure who would be playing with who. Everyone loved playing on Dave's iPad so it was fun to watch them interact while sitting in his lap.
Lexi and Kai are less than 5 months apart, so in some ways they were at a very similar stage...wanting to be big like the older 3 cousins, but still only 2 years old.
They all played well together, but it was different when it was just Jaxon with the girls, than when you added Aidan to the mix as well.
Jaxon enjoyed having a day with the girls by himself while Aidan was still at school.
Enjoying Banana Bread with Lexi....we consumer 6 banana loaves and 6 dozen banana chocolate muffins during our time together!! Good thing I prepared meals and baked ahead of time!
The four oldest cousins tended to play the most together although Kai tried to keep up with them....
...and the four of them were the ones that would ask Dave to tell them stories every night before bedtime.
When Dave wasn't available to tell stories, watching a video on Darin's computer came a close second.

One morning we came into the Family Room and Kai and Caily were cuddled up on the couch.
Another morning Jody yelled to come quick and bring my camera.......this is what we found!! They had made beds for themselves on the steps!(who thought of this first I wonder?)
Kai was always willing to get in on the action.
These two enjoyed making music together......on the same piano that I learned to play on almost 50 years ago, and the same piano that all three of our children learned to play on...the next generation is ready to to take their turn.
