Great-Grandparents

There is something amazingly wonderful about watching my grandchildren playing with their Great Grandparents! While many children don't even get to know their grandparents, we enjoy a unique blessing. Not only do they get to spend time with them, but they are in good health and able to play with them.

Kai talks about Opa and Oma all the time, so it was no surprise that he was excited to have them at our place at the same time as he was here. And of course between him and my Dad, there is no end to the fun to be had.

 It's hard to tell whose smile is bigger! :-)

Oma loves playing with her great grandchildren too....and Kai educated her on how to play with the castle.

All the boys love playing with this Lego Castle and the knights and horses that go along with it.

Kai loves to have you sit right close to him, touching...so the bench in our kitchen was the perfect place for him to eat with Oma and Opa. I love this picture because it captures so many memories! What a blessing!
